The journey of Vale and Ambra continues in the new video for the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security
Bottegacinema announces the launch of a new video project created in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security – Environmental Assessments Directorate. The video was produced for the first meeting of the ‘Mediterranean Sea on Environmental Assessments in a Transboundary Context,’ an important event focused on the topic of transboundary environmental assessment, particularly in the context of the Mediterranean Sea.
The video, which provides an innovative and accessible summary of complex concepts, alternates between animated scenes and video interviews with political figures and experts involved in the Espoo Convention, which governs transboundary environmental impact assessments.
The animated scenes feature Vale and Ambra, two characters who, through their dialogue, explore the efforts being made to ensure sustainable and responsible management of environmental resources, even in contexts involving multiple countries.

The video not only helps to better understand the principles behind environmental assessment but also emphasizes the importance of international cooperation in addressing global environmental challenges. The exclusive interviews provide insight into the crucial role that political and technical institutions play in promoting the adoption of more sustainable practices, in line with international commitments and European regulations.

This project perfectly aligns with the guidelines of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, aimed at raising awareness among the community and institutions about the need for shared, transnational environmental management.
We are proud to have contributed to this initiative, which combines creativity with technical information, for a highly relevant goal: ensuring a more sustainable future for our environment by promoting collective awareness and dialogue among various international stakeholders.
