Collecting climate data at both global and local level is the first necessary step to know the state of climate change in the current and future, and then integrate this knowledge in Environmental Assessments. Knowledge of the state of the climate is fundamental and must be integrated with knowledge of the vulnerabilities and risks that it generates by imposing a different approach trying to limit the consequences.
